If you're looking for Club Paris in Las Vegas, you will want to avoid the Eiffel Tower in Sin City's French-themed hotel-casino and instead head next door to the Aladdin – where Paris Hilton plans to open her own nightclub on New Year's Eve.

Robert Earl, chairman and founder of Planet Hollywood, recently led a group of investors to purchase space in the 2,500-plus-room Aladdin, where Hilton will open her club and maintain a personal suite, the Associated Press reports.

"Las Vegas is hot, Planet Hollywood is hot and I wanted to be part of the newest, hottest resort in Las Vegas," Hilton said Saturday night at an unveiling for the coming attraction. Las Vegas' original Aladdin hotel-casino was demolished in 1998. A new property was created on the same site and opened in 2000.

The Simple Life hotel heiress will also open a similar club in Orlando, Fla., at the same time, and additional clubs are in the works for New York, Miami Beach, London and Paris. Orlando's 16,000-sq.-ft. Club Paris, which will be decorated in Paris's favorite color (pink), will include DJ booths and a separate lounge and a VIP section, as well as a private area for Hilton.

"I will see everyone back here on New Year's Eve when I officially open Club Paris in Las Vegas and Orlando on the same night," said Hilton, 23. "That's hot."
